What is ‘Managed Rights’?

Put simply, ‘managed rights’ refers to the business of marketing and letting apartments, formed by arrangement with individual apartment owners, and the on-site caretaking within a body corporate.

As the SKY Residential Manager, we work and live on-site to manage apartment marketing and rentals, as well as taking care of common areas, like the reception area and the rooftop retreat. This includes compliance with various building and safety codes as per any relevant statutes. It’s a 24/7 type of operation.

How does SKY Residential work

As the exclusive manager, we lease and manage SKY tenancies. We only manage SKY Apartments Adelaide - not other buildings or properties. We’re onsite 24/7 so we know the building, who is coming and going, and we monitor key operational activities.

We co-ordinate cleaning and inspections as well as handle the maintenance for all apartments in our letting pool. Owners with a SKY Residential arrangement receive monthly statements, showing their income, as well as SKY’s competitive management and letting fees.
